淄柴210系列雙燃料發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是以210系列柴油機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)，充分吸收國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)思想，在保持其良好的動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的新型節(jié)能發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。210系列雙燃料發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)采用國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的燃?xì)鉁?zhǔn)內(nèi)混式電控多點(diǎn)噴射技術(shù)。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)可根據(jù)實(shí)際工況切換工作狀態(tài)，既可以使用LNG/柴油雙燃料工作，也可以單獨(dú)使用柴油工作。其通過電子控制單元實(shí)現(xiàn)燃?xì)馀c柴油噴射的比例，使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)始終運(yùn)行在狀態(tài)下，在不影響功率輸出的條件下節(jié)省柴油，從而達(dá)到節(jié)能減排的效果。其燃油替代率能達(dá)到90%。船舶常用工況多為低速大扭矩，雙燃料模式下能夠滿足低負(fù)荷加氣需求，低負(fù)荷工況下10%負(fù)荷點(diǎn)可以進(jìn)入雙燃料模式，替代率可達(dá)40%以上。210系列雙燃料發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)主要立足船用主、輔機(jī)及陸用機(jī)組市場。
